Membership Payments\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMemberships are paid in full upfront.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMemberships are available to new and existing clients.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePurchasing a membership does not automatically book your appointments.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMemberships are valid for the selected 3-month or 6-month period, beginning from your first agreed appointment date.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e2. Appointments \u0026amp; Booking\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAll appointments must be booked directly with By Tonika.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMemberships include the number of appointments specified in your selected package.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePriority booking is offered, subject to availability.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAppointments should be spaced approximately 2 or 3 weeks apart, depending on your membership.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e3. Infill Requirements\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eA minimum of 40–50% of lash extensions must remain for an appointment to qualify as an infill.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIf a full set is required, additional charges will apply.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAny additional work outside your membership package may incur an extra charge.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e4. Cancellations \u0026amp; No-Shows\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMore than 48 hours' notice: Appointments may be rearranged without penalty, subject to availability.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLess than 48 hours' notice: A cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the standard appointment price applies.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLess than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend: A cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the standard appointment price applies.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWhere applicable, cancellation charges must be settled before further appointments can be booked.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e5. Holidays \u0026amp; Salon Closures\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIf By Tonika needs to cancel an appointment due to illness, holidays or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMemberships will be extended where necessary to accommodate cancellations made by By Tonika.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eClients will not lose an included appointment due to a cancellation made by By Tonika.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e6. Membership Expiry\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMembership appointments should be used within the selected membership period, including any agreed extensions.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUnused appointments do not automatically roll over.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMemberships are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e7. Refunds\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMemberships are not automatically refundable simply because a client changes their mind.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAny refund request, including requests involving unused appointments, will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e8.
